Thank you for using our apps. We're continuing improving and producing more innovative products to bring best values to yours. These terms of service are applied to all products of Betasoft Team. Please read carefully before using our apps.

01Agreement to Terms

By using Betasoft Team products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization, and are indicating that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

02Auto Renewing Subscriptions

  • Subscribed user has unlimited access to the app translation services including speech to text recognizing, translating and text to speech.
  • Unsubscribed user can only use those services with limited quota per day.
  • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

03General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Betasoft Team system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Betasoft Team, Betasoft Team's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Betasoft Team's providers;
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Betasoft Team;
  • Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Betasoft Team;
  • Access or search Betasoft Team or download any intellectual property from Betasoft Team through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
  • Plant malware or use Betasoft Team to distribute malware;
  • Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
  • Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
  • Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others' rights;
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Violate the privacy of others;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
  • Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.

Although we're not obligated to monitor access to or use of Betasoft Team or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other Betasoft Team users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating Betasoft Team, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Betasoft Team. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

04DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It's our policy to terminate those accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.

05AI-Generated Image Features

These additional terms apply to the use of AI-generated content features within our app. By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate using our AI features. You agree not to use prompts or generate content that:

  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and publicity rights) of any third party;
  • Replicates or recreates characters, logos, artwork, or styles in a way that constitutes derivative works or direct copying of protected content;
  • Imitates or attempts to recreate the likeness of any known figure, brand, or media property without proper rights;
  • Is intended to bypass known restrictions related to copyrighted or trademarked materials.

5.2 Use of Third-party AI APIs

The image generation functionality in this app is powered by third-party AI APIs. We do not develop or control the underlying image generation model. All generated outputs are the result of automated processes governed by these external APIs.

5.3 Disclaimer of Affiliation

The app, its developers, and associated entities are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any company, artist, or IP referenced through artistic themes or naming conventions (e.g., "anime style," "pirate fantasy," etc.).

5.4 Intellectual Property Rights and License

You retain rights to your original prompts, but the app and/or API provider may retain anonymized prompts or outputs for quality and safety improvements. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images generated through the app for personal, non-commercial use only—unless otherwise expressly permitted.

5.5 Prohibited Uses

You may not use generated images or prompts:

  • For commercial redistribution without necessary rights;
  • To impersonate, defame, or mislead others;
  • To train other AI models or datasets;
  • In any manner that violates applicable laws or platform policies (including App Store and Google Play guidelines);
  • To bypass geographical or technical restrictions.

5.6 Limitation of Liability

We disclaim any responsibility for legal consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content. We do not review or moderate the outputs prior to display. You agree that we are not liable for any third-party claims, including copyright or trademark infringement, arising out of your generated content.

5.7 Enforcement and Reporting

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AI-generation features if we detect or receive reports of violations of these terms. If you believe a generated image or prompt violates your rights, please contact us at the address below.

5.8 Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use of the AI-generation features constitutes acceptance of such updates.
